River City Veterinary Hospital & Resort is committed to providing patients with the best possible care. Your pet is in serious condition and requires immediate diagnostic testing and treatments. By signing below, you are authorizing our veterinarian and staff to perform initial testing and treatment of your pet, as well as agreeing to pay all the incurred charges. Associated fees with this emergency typically range from $300 - $500, but they could be higher. After initial emergency assessment and treatment has been completed, an itemized estimate will be presented to you for your approval for continuation of care.
